Our clients wanted us to create a practical but stylish garden that met the needs of their growing family in this stunning Central London location. In order to achieve this we had to create a link between the main house and the Mews property by creating a multi level terrace with a secluded sunken garden that was shaded by a beautiful specimen Acer. The pale sawn sandstone terrace provides dynamic edges and stepped paths stride purposely across the lawn. Yet everything is softened with a planting scheme that uses a coherent palette of soft yellows, blues and whites with accents of pink. In spring bulbs emerge giving a blast of brights to kick off the season. There is ample space for outdoor dining and the large lawn gives the space for a trampoline and other games.
